1 to 1 - Description

​These 1 to 1 sessions will offer the most personal experience within my services. In my 1 to 1 sessions we will be working towards your chosen goal which has been determined in our consultation meeting prior to your first session. From your consultation I will have designed a custom programme specifically for your goals, and from there will use various different training methods to keep you motivated and progressing. Please see below for different options and packages.

Single Sessions, Blocks of 10, Blocks of 30

Single sessions are a 'pay as you go' option where you pay for one session at a time. Blocks of 10 sessions are paid for in full and blocks of 30 sessions can be paid for in instalments. They are both designed to give clients a discount for buying in bulk, so the more sessions you purchase in one go, the bigger the discount!​

Body Blast Packages

​Body Blast Packages are designed to give my clients great results over a short period of time through training 3 times a week. They are purpose built packages for people who want to kick start their new health and fitness lifestyle, or those wanting to get maximum results for a special occasion or event, such as a holiday. We will work towards your chosen goal, which I will design a programme for, as well as giving you a Nutrition Plan to follow ensuring you get the results! This package comes at a discounted price and is available for 1 to 1 or pairs/couples training.

Body Transformation Package

My Body Transformation Package delivers you the best results within my training options, allowing you to get in great shape with a rigorous tailored programme, nutrition plans and constant monitoring of progress throughout. You will train 4 days a week for 12 weeks to maximise results and get the most out of your time with me, transforming you to the body you desire. Ideal for a special occasion such as a wedding, this package may not be easy, but the rewards at the end will definitely be worth it! This package comes at a discounted price and is available for 1 to 1 or pairs/couples training.

What's Included in the Above?

  1. Free consultation to assess your lifestyle, fitness, goals, nutrition, limitations and more.

  2. McLeary Personal Training Welcome Pack detailing all the necessary information required to start you off in your training.

  3. Frequent body measurements and progress updates to track performance and ensure you are on target to reach your goals .

  4. Personalised programmes for you to follow that are progressed every session, enabling you to keep developing where you might have otherwise come to a halt.

  5. Nutrition Plan with goal-specific daily calorie and macronutrient intakes. Also includes portion sizing and a 7 day food diary example for guidance. Explanations are given within the documents of how these work.

  6. Proven traditional exercises along with effective alternative methods to keep training interesting during our sessions.

  7. Food diary spreadsheets for you to use in order to monitor and adjust your eating patterns.

  8. Round the clock phone contact for advice on your programme, daily exercise and nutrition.

  9. Information on pre and post session nutrition, daily nutritional needs, supplements, how to effectively use calories and macronutrients for your goals, along with the harmful habits you may be doing and how to correct those mistakes.

  10. Face to face support to keep you motivated and on track to achieving your goals.

  11. Constant supervision during sessions to ensure exercise technique is always correct, reducing the risk of injury and maximising results.

  12. Everyday tips and tricks on how best to reach your specific training goals inside and outside of training.
