Let me come to you! Train at a time and place that is most convenient for you, whether that's home training, outdoors, or place of work. I carry all my equipment around with me so am able to create workouts from anywhere!

Lack of space? Not to worry, as my knowledge of exercises and use of versatile equipment make working out available to virtually anyone. If you have enough space to lay down flat, then I'm able to train you there!
Mobile personal training for your convenience

A typical session consists of resistance work (weights, resistance bands, TRX/suspension trainer, bodyweight), core work (abs and back), and a cardio section using the various equipment I have to mix the training up and keep it interesting. However, all programmes are tailored to your needs, goals and limitations, so may vary slightly from this format if necessary.

Circuit sessions are more cardio based with more exercises and a greater amount of variation. They are also usually timed for either 45 seconds or 1 minute on each exercise, before moving on to the next one. HIIT is similar but with less rest time, meaning a higher intensity. What does a typical personal training session with me involve?

With my friendly approach I'll make you feel relaxed about training and my vast experience in different environments gives me a broad knowledge base to work from. From years of playing football at Millwall undergoing various cardio and rehabilitation routines, working in 3 different gyms gaining experience in diverse environments with other trainers, achieving qualifications in various fitness areas learning an array of techniques for muscle building exercises, and running a successful fitness business training clients since 2012. I have the invaluable knowledge and experience required to enable you to achieve your goals.
What makes me different from other personal trainers?

Whatever type of training you purchase will include a Welcome Pack containing a vast amount of informative literature, tips on fitness and nutrition, workout programmes, nutrition plans and more. Once a training plan has been purchased, this will be emailed over to you.

My Nutrition Plans contain detailed information for both calorie and macronutrient (carbs, protein & fat) methods of dieting, with calculations for daily calorie limits and macronutrient amounts specific to your goals. A portion size guide and a 7 day food diary example are also included to make sure you have a complete guide to quality and effective nutrition.
