If you are looking to purchase one of my Special Packages or Block of 30 Sessions but can't quite pay the total amount in full, then my instalment plan will help you out. For Body Blast Packages pay the first half of the payment at the start, and pay the remainder when you reach the halfway stage of your sessions.

For Blocks of 30 you can pay in 3 instalments - once at the start, once at session 10, and the final instalment is at session 20. 

The Body Transformation package can be paid in 4 instalments. Once at the start, and then 3 more payments every 12 sessions.

If you've never had a trainer, or simply want to try one of my sessions, it will give you an idea as to what a typical session may look like. All you have to do is let me know what your goals are and what type of training you're interested in so I can prepare the session. The session will last up to 45 minutes long and cost absolutely nothing! During the face to face consultation we will discuss the details of the services you would like from me, and what type of training you'd like if you're unsure. I then give you a short questionnaire which will help me establish exactly what your needs and goals are. From there I will develop a programme designed specifically for you, and standard measurements are taken in the first few sessions to track progress throughout training.

For Online Coaching, the consultation form will be emailed over and after creating your programme, we will have a video call to run through how the process works.
